第3回理事会報告
2022年8月27日、東洋大学校友会神奈川県支部は、かながわ県民センターで、第3回理事会を開催し15名が出席しました。
司会進行は浅野理事、櫻井支部長挨拶を受けて、次のような議題を審議確認しました。
1.年間スケジュール
暑気払い（屋形船）とガンダム見学はコロナ禍を勘案し、中止としました。

2.タウンウォッチング
10月1日（土）、日吉周辺を散策します（参加者募集）。
3.ランチビュッフェ
11月19日、根本文子氏を招き「晩学のすすめ」というテーマで講演をしていただきます。
4.箱根駅伝応援
担当者3名を確認し、校友会本部とも相談しながら、通常の応援を念頭に準備していきますが、コロナ禍の状況を勘案し臨機応変に対応していきます。
5.会員拡大のとりくみ
モデル地区を設定し、その教訓を踏まえて今年度内に、全体的なとりくみに着手します。
6.支部会報
50号記念特集号と位置づけ、月1回の編集会議で途中経過を確認しながら、5月1日発行に向けてとりくみます。
7.その他（zoomミーティング）
今回、欠席された結城理事のzoomミーティング形式での出席要望があり、はじめて試行しました。
モバイルWi-Fiをレンタルし、校友会本部からの支援（URLの付与）も得てトライしました。
おおむね成功を納め、対面での会議をベースに、それを補完する観点で今後も活用していくことにしました。
最後に、第4回（10月15日）と第5回（12月17日）の日程を確認し、約2時間の第3回理事会を終えました。

Today, the Kanagawa Branch of the Toyo University Alumni Association held its third board meeting at the Kanagawa Prefectural Center, with 15 people attending.
After receiving greetings from Vice President Asano and Branch Chief Sakurai, the moderator discussed and confirmed the following agenda items.
1. Annual schedule
Taking into consideration the corona disaster, we will cancel the hot weather (yakatabune) and the Gundam tour.
* Share the schedule list with everyone.
2. Town watching
Take a walk around Hiyoshi on October 1 (recruiting participants).
3. Lunch buffet
On November 19th, Ms. Fumiko Nemoto will be invited to give a lecture on the theme of “Recommendation for Evening Studies.”
4. Hakone Ekiden Support
While confirming the three people in charge and consulting with the alumni association headquarters, we will prepare with normal support in mind, but we will respond flexibly in consideration of the situation of the corona disaster.
5. Efforts to expand membership
A model area will be set up, and based on the lessons learned, an overall initiative will be launched within this fiscal year.
6. Branch Bulletin
Positioned as a special issue commemorating the 50th issue, we will work toward the publication on May 1 while confirming the progress at monthly editorial meetings.
7. Others (zoom meeting)
This time, Director Yuki, who was absent, requested to attend in the form of a zoom meeting, and we tried it for the first time.
I rented a mobile Wi-Fi and tried it with support from the alumni association headquarters (giving a URL). It was generally successful, and we decided to continue using it from the perspective of supplementing it based on face-to-face meetings.
Finally, the schedule for the 4th (October 15th) and 5th (December 17th) meetings was confirmed, and the 3rd board meeting lasted about two hours.
