第6回神奈川県支部理事会を開催
1月21日（土）午後1時〜3時、かながわ県民センター会議室で、第6回神奈川県支部理事会を開催し13名が出席しました。
理事会は、浅野理事の司会で進められ、櫻井支部長から「1月3日の有志新年会も無事に終え、理事の皆さんのご協力に感謝申し上げます。今年度も残すところ3ヶ月、改めてよろしくお願いいたします」というあいさつを受けて、以下の議題を報告・質疑の上で確認し合いました。
（１）関理事から、校友会本部の理事会の議論要旨や今後の課題について報告されました。
（２）令和5年3友好団体有志新年会については、①概要（宮崎事務局長）②会計（田中副支部長）から報告されました。
（３）第100回箱根駅伝応援新年会への対応については、次の項目について課題を共有化しました。
①コロナ禍前の規模（100名超）で開催することを想定し、担当チームを中心に早めから準備する
②懇親会のあり方について、今年度の反省（コロナ禍における懇親会での注意事項が不徹底）をふまえ、コンプライアンス項目を事前周知する
③箱根駅伝で母校を一緒に応援することにより、神奈川県内の校友会・甫水会・甫水OB会の交流を持続・深化させる
（４）5月1日発行予定の神奈川支部会報（支部だより第50号）については、浅野理事から進捗状況が報告されました。
また、バックナンバー（欠落号）の探索については、関口理事から藤井相談役宅訪問などが報告されました。
（５）研修会開催の件については、日帰りでの実施を検討してきましたが、今年度は中止する旨、全体で確認しました。

The 6th Kanagawa Branch Board of Directors Meeting
The 6th Kanagawa Branch Executive Committee Meeting was held on January 21 (Sat.) from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Kanagawa Prefectural Center Conference Room. 13 members attended the meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Asano, Director of the Kanagawa Branch, who spoke as follows: “The New Year’s party on January 3 went off without a hitch, and I would like to thank all the Directors for their cooperation. With only three months left in this fiscal year, I would like to ask for your continued support”, the following agenda items were reported, questioned, and confirmed by each other.
(1) Director Seki reported on the summary of the discussion at the Alumni Association Headquarters Board of Directors meeting and future issues.
(2) Regarding the 2023 3 Friendship Groups Volunteer New Year’s Party, ❶ Summary (Mr. Miyazaki, Secretary General) and ❷Treasurer (Mr. Tanaka, Vice President) reported.
(3) Regarding the response to the 100th Hakone Ekiden Cheering New Year’s Party, the following issues were shared.
① Assuming that the party will be held on the scale of the one before the Corona Disaster (over 100 people), the team in charge of the event will take the lead in preparing for the event from early on.
② Based on this year’s review (insufficient precautions were taken at the banquet in the wake of the Corona disaster), make sure everyone is aware of compliance items in advance of the banquet.
③ Sustain and deepen exchanges among Alumni Associations, HOSUI Associations, and HOSUI Alumni Associations in Kanagawa Prefecture by cheering for the alma mater together at the Hakone Ekiden.
(4) Regarding the Kanagawa Branch Bulletin (Branch Dayori No. 50) scheduled for publication on May 1, Director Asano reported on its progress.
Regarding the search for back numbers (missing issues), Director Sekiguchi reported on his visit to Advisor Fujii’s house, etc.
(5) Regarding the holding of a training session, the Board as a whole confirmed that it would be canceled this year, although a one-day trip had been considered.
