2022年度 神奈川県支部総会報告
東洋大学校友会神奈川県支部 は、2022年6月18日(土）13時15分から、横浜桜木町ワシントンホテルで2022年度総会を開催しました。
会員18名、来賓3名（甫水会1名、甫水OB会2名)の計21名が出席しました。一昨年・昨年と同様に、出席者各位の安全を第一に極力少人数で簡素な総会としました（恒例の講演会・懇親会・アトラクションはすべて中止）。
冒頭、司会進行の浅野理事の開会の挨拶、大学校歌斉唱、物故者黙祷を行いました。
次に、櫻井支部長挨拶、来賓挨拶、会務報告に続いて、議長に櫻井支部長を選出し議案の審議に入りました。
まずは、2021年度事業・決算・監査の報告事項を承認してから、2022年度基本方針・重点活動目標・事業計画・予算を決定しました。
そして、規約改正と役員体制についても満場一致で確認決定しました。
また、2021年度もコロナ禍が影響し、やむなく中止や順延になった事業もありましたが、諸会議を堅実に開催するとともに、甫水OB会や神泉会との連携による行事・催事にも参加できました。
くわえて、支部だより（会報）の充実や確実な配布が進み、川越キャンパス取材と赤羽台キャンパス訪問にもとりくみました。
また、長年にわたり神奈川県支部事務局長として、貢献ご活躍された関口俊一氏に、櫻井支部長から感謝状と謝礼が手渡され、出席者全員で謝意をお礼を申し上げました。
最後に、閉会挨拶のあと、集合写真を撮影して散会しました。

Report on the Kanagawa Branch General Meeting
he Kanagawa Branch of the Toyo University Alumni Association held its 2022 General Meeting at the Yokohama Sakuragicho Washington Hotel from 13:15 on 18 June (Sat), 2022.
A total of 21 people attended, including 18 members and 3 guests (1 from the Fuzui Association and 2 from the Fuzui Alumni Association). As in the year before last and the year before last, the AGM was kept as small and simple as possible (all the usual lectures, get-togethers and attractions were cancelled), with the safety of all those in attendance as the first priority.
At the beginning of the meeting, Director Asano gave the opening address, the university anthem was sung and a silent prayer was offered for the deceased.
Next, following greetings by Branch Chair Sakurai, addresses by guests and a report on business, Branch Chair Sakurai was elected as chairperson and the agenda was discussed. First, after approving the reports on business, financial statements and audits for 2021, the basic policy, priority activity targets, business plan and budget for 2022 were decided.
Then, the members unanimously confirmed the revision of the statutes and the executive structure of the association.
In 2021, some projects had to be cancelled or postponed due to the Corona disaster, but we were able to hold various meetings and participate in events and functions in cooperation with the Fosui OB Association and the Shinsenkai.
In addition, we made progress in enhancing and ensuring the distribution of the Branch newsletter, and also undertook coverage of the Kawagoe Campus and a visit to the Akabanedai Campus.
In addition, Branch Chair Sakurai handed a letter of appreciation and an acknowledgement to Mr Shunichi Sekiguchi, who has contributed and worked for many years as the Kanagawa Branch Secretary General, and all those present expressed their gratitude.
